EPISODE 18 – Christmas Episode

Bacon Breasted Goose
    - 1 Goose (platter)
    - 1 Pound Bacon (plate)
    - 1 Slivered Onion (bowl)
    - 1 Pint Mushrooms chopped(bowl)
    - 8 Ounces Swiss Cheese (bowl)
    - 2 Tablespoons Smoked Salt (pinch bowl)
Combine onion, mushrooms, cheese, and salt and stuff into goose. Weave a bacon matt by laying out eight strips and alternatively picking up the even then odd strips and laying down one new strip of bacon perpendicular to the original eight.

Spiced Acorn Squash
    - 2 Acorn Squashes (plate)
    - 1 Stick Butter (butter dish)
    - 1 ½ Teaspoons Cinnamon (pinch bowl)
    - 1 Teaspoon Clove (pinch bowl)
    - ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg (pinch bowl)
    - ½ Cup Brown Sugar (bowl)
    - ½ cup chopped hazelnuts
    - ½ cup chopped almonds
Half squash and scoop out seeds. Place face down on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 until tender (approx 1 hr). when tender, combine squash with all other ingredients and bake again in black iron skillet for about 20-30 minutes.

Chocolate Cheesecake Pumpkin Pie
    - 2 Cups Pie Pumpkin Cubed, Boiled, and Drained (mixing bowl)
    - 8 Ounces Cream Cheese (bowl)
    - 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    - 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon (pinch bowl)
    - 1 Teaspoon Clove (pinch bowl)
    - ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg (pinch bowl)
    - ½ Cup Cocoa (bowl)
    - 4 Eggs (bowl)
    - 1 Pie Crust
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 until pie is completely set. When a knife or toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean it is done.
