Guest Conduct Policy We strive to promote a family-friendly environment that glorifies God. Thank you in advance for dressing modestly and in appropriate attire; fully clothed, shirts, shoes, etc. For your safety, only Holy Land Experience employees are allowed to dress in costume. Ticket Sales Available during business hours from the ticket booths and Guest Services. Exit and re-entry is available with your ticket throughout the day. The Holy Land Experience is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Sunday and Monday, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Ticket Upgrades Available at Guest Services, enjoy another day for a $25 upgrade on your full price ticket.
Group Tickets Can be purchased in advance by calling the Group Sales Department, 1-800-447-7235, option 4. Group Sales info packets may be picked up in Guest Services.
Quick Entry On-line ticket purchase with your ticket print out enables you to enter Holy Land without waiting in line.
Planning Your Day Opening hours are 10am through 6pm. Please collect a copy of our Daily Schedule and Park Map at the entrance for all show times and venues, and plan to arrive at your chosen events ahead of time for a good seat.
Prayer Requests We encourage you to leave a prayer request at the Testimony Cross Prayer Garden during your visit.
Water We advise all guests to drink plenty of water during the day: fountains are located throughout the park.
Lost and Found Located in Guest Services, please drop by the Front Desk or you may call us at 1-800-447-7235 if you lose something during your visit.
Suitable Clothing Thank you in advance for dressing in modest and appropriate attire (fully clothed, shirts, shoes, etc.) For your safety, only Holy Land Experience employees may wear costumes.
Children Please supervise children at all times, and take advantage of our designated seating for families with little ones.
Luggage The Holy Land is unable to store luggage for any reason.
Pull-Along Bags For safety reasons, pull-along bags are not permitted.
Coolers Please leave coolers in your vehicle.
Food and Dining Please visit our café for an inexpensive and nutritious meal, or pick up a snack at our Fast Food Concessions.
Pets If you are traveling with pets, please arrange accommodations for them in your pet friendly hotel or a local kennel. Pets are not allowed in our facility.
Wheelchairs Holy Land does not provide or rent wheelchairs to our guests. Guests are welcome to bring their own wheelchair into the park.
Motorized Scooters Holy Land does not provide or rent motorized scooters, and takes no responsibility for collection, delivery, safety, parking, battery charging, lifting or operation of a guest’s scooter. Please note that scooters with sunshades are not permitted in the auditorium.
Banking and Payment Methods ATM’s are located in both Guest Services and the Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh Gift Shop. We accept cash or United States Credit Cards, and request photo ID for all credit transactions.

Taxi Service Guest Services will call a taxi for you if needed.
Interpretive Services Interpretive services can be provided for the deaf with two weeks prior notice. There is no charge for the service.
